Michael A. McCue; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McCue has 25 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Prior to joining LigoCyte, Mr. McCue held operating positions with Baxter Healthcare and C.R. Bard. Additionally, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer with a technology based start-up venture that resulted in a successful commercial collaboration with Johnson & Johnson. At LigoCyte, Mr. McCue's experience and leadership skills are applied to directing company resources towards the successful commercialization of the company's technology.

Robert F. Bargatze, Ph.D.; Executive Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Bargatze manages LigoCyte's research programs with a focus on product development. He has 25 years of experience in leading immunological research projects to define the role of selectins, integrins, and chemokines in white blood cell recruitment, and has published extensively on endothelial cell trafficking and signaling. Dr. Bargatze was a key member of the team at Stanford University that pioneered leukocyte recruitment research.

Robert R. Goodwin, Ph.D.; Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Goodwin has extensive experience in technology transfer and licensing. Formerly the director of technology transfer at the University of Rochester, he has held business development and research positions in the healthcare industry. At LigoCyte, his experience and educational background are applied to expanding the company's commercial opportunities.

Larry W. Mikkola; Controller, Director of Finance. A certified public accountant, Mr. Mikkola manages LigoCyte's finance and accounting functions. He has finance and accounting experience with publicly traded companies and accounting experience with KPMG.
